For issue ages
less than 65, this policy is convertible to a permanent plan
up until the earlier of the end of the initial term period
or the policy anniversary at policy attained age 70. For
issue ages 65 and over, the policy is convertible for 5
years. The conversion must be to a non-COLI and non-VPL, permanent insurance policy, regularly offered by MetLife or one of its designated affiliates, at the time of conversion. Any riders available on the new permanent policy at the time of conversion may be added to that permanent policy subject to underwriting and the administrative practices in place at the time of conversion. However, if the Children’s Term Insurance Rider was already in force on the MetTerm policy, it may be added to the permanent policy without evidence of insurability. A conversion credit may be offered by MetLife or its designated affiliate. The conversion credit will be announced each year but is not guaranteed (except in NJ). Credits are available only during the first five years of the original term policy. |

offered with an initial level premium guaranteed for 10, 15,
20 or 30 years. Term policies are not eligible for Table
